Mr. Kalpesh Kothiya is a prominent leader in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries, with over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing sectors of Pharmaceuticals, Intermediates/APIs, Formulations, Healthcare, Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Engineering and Construction.

Under his leadership, his subsidiary group of companies has achieved exceptional success, surpassing a consolidated turnover milestone of several hundred crores. Renowned for his visionary mindset and strong global presence, Mr. Kothiya has established a distinguished name in the industry.

As the founder and promoter of M/s Creative Engineering, he is dedicated to steering the company toward new heights of success in the coming years, driven by innovation and strategic growth.

Mrs. Hetal Kothiya

Managing Partner of Creative Engineering

As a partner, she takes charge of administration and plays a key role in managing the business performance of all subsidiary firms. She regularly reviews reports and works closely with other executives, board members and employees to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, she oversees and monitors all financial activities, performance and documentation, ensuring everything aligns with the company’s goals.

Mr. Sanjay Tarpara

Technical Head

He currently serves as the Technical & Service Head, bringing over 12 years of experience in the manufacturing sectors of Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Intermediates/APIs and Engineering. He is responsible for managing Technical Services, workshop activities, shop floor management and training functions across the entire region, driving strategy execution through innovative solutions. Additionally, he plays a key role in auditing major projects and leads the development and implementation of applicator strategies, recruitment, training and business development efforts to strengthen the company’s growth.
