Design & Configuration Options

Every structure is engineered to order for the specific application, span, load conditions, and site environment. Type of structure, MOC, connection details, surface treatment, and applicable standards are selected per client requirements and project specifications.

Heavy Structure Fabrication

Fabrication of large-span industrial structures including mill buildings, equipment support structures, pipe racks, trestles, and process plant structural frameworks. Designed for heavy dead loads, live loads, and dynamic equipment loads using rolled sections and built-up members.

Light Structure Fabrication

Lighter fabricated structures for mezzanine floors, small equipment platforms, conveyor supports, canopy structures, and secondary structural elements. Designed using cold-formed sections, angles, channels, and tubulars for cost-effective construction with adequate load capacity.

Platform & Ladder

Elevated access platforms, maintenance walkways, caged and uncaged ladders, and ship ladders for process plants, tank farms, and industrial structures. Fabricated with anti-skid grating (MS / GI / FRP), handrails, toe guards, and structural members designed to IS / OSHA standards.

PEB — Pre-Engineered Building

Pre-engineered steel buildings with tapered or prismatic primary frames, secondary purlins and girts, sheeting, and accessories. Suitable for industrial factories, warehouses, assembly halls, and aircraft hangars. Designed for fast erection and economy of steel compared to conventional construction.

Warehouse Structure / Shed

Industrial warehouse structures and storage sheds designed for wide clear spans, high eave heights, and large roller shutter or sliding door openings. Options include single-skin and insulated sheeting, natural lighting through translucent sheets, and ventilation ridges as per storage or manufacturing requirements.

Customized Fabrication

Bespoke structural fabrication for non-standard configurations, special-purpose equipment supports, monorail beams, crane girders, hoppers, chutes, skids, and any structural item not covered by standard product types. Engineered from client drawings, specifications, or performance requirements.
