Jacketed Reactor

Full outer jacket for efficient heating or cooling. Ideal for temperature-sensitive reactions requiring uniform thermal control across the vessel wall.

Limpet Coil Reactor

External half-pipe or limpet coils welded to the shell for heat transfer. Suitable for high-pressure heating/cooling media with restricted jacket volume.

Internal Coil Reactor

Helical or serpentine coils submerged inside the vessel for high-efficiency heat exchange in viscous or fouling process fluids.

High-Pressure Reactor

Heavy-duty construction with mechanical seals and ASME documentation for critical high-pressure petrochemical and chemical synthesis processes.

Gas Induction (Hydrogenators) Reactor
