Available Configurations

Every heat exchanger is engineered to exact process requirements. Select from standard TEMA configurations or request a custom design — our team handles thermal sizing, mechanical design, and full fabrication.

Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger
The most widely used heat exchanger design — a bundle of tubes inside a cylindrical shell. Available in fixed tube sheet, floating head, U-tube, and kettle reboiler configurations to TEMA B, C, or R class.
Corrugated Tube Heat Exchanger
Tubes with helical corrugations on the inner wall create turbulence even at low velocities, dramatically increasing heat transfer coefficients compared to plain tubes — ideal for viscous or fouling fluids.
Hairpin Heat Exchanger
U-shaped double-pipe design — inner tube inside an outer tube, bent into a hairpin. Compact, easy to clean, and suited for high pressure and high temperature service with true countercurrent flow.
Finned Tube Heat Exchanger
Extended fin surfaces bonded to or extruded from the tube wall multiply the effective heat transfer area — widely used for gas-side thermal resistance, air coolers, economisers, and waste heat recovery units.
U-Tube Bundle Heat Exchanger
Tubes bent into a U-shape, both ends terminating in a single tubesheet. Fully free to expand thermally — ideal for high temperature differentials, steam heaters, and services with significant thermal cycling.
Pipe-in-Pipe Heat Exchanger
Simplest double-pipe design — one fluid flows through the inner pipe, the other in the annular space. Delivers true countercurrent or co-current flow, low hold-up volume, and easy mechanical cleaning.
