Pressure Vessel

Pressure vessels are manufactured in both vertical and horizontal orientations for gas and liquid service across a wide range of industries including refinery, petrochemical, chemical, and pharmaceutical. Each vessel is designed to ASME Section VIII Div. 1 with welding qualified per ASME Section IX, and is available in a variety of materials and pressure/temperature ratings to meet specific project requirements.

Available Configurations

Every pressure vessel is fabricated to order to match client process conditions, orientation, material, and code requirements. Standard and custom configurations are available across a wide range of capacities, pressure classes, and materials of construction.

Vertical Pressure Vessel
Upright vessels for gas / liquid separation, surge, and process service. Saddle or leg-supported, with ellipsoidal or hemispherical heads as required by design pressure.
Horizontal Pressure Vessel
Saddle-supported horizontal vessels for liquid storage, flash drums, and two-phase service. Preferred where structural headroom is limited or large liquid hold-up is required.
Ellipsoidal / Hemi Head
2:1 ellipsoidal or hemispherical end closures for high-pressure service. Optimum head geometry is selected based on design pressure, diameter, and code allowable stress.
Gas / Liquid Service
Designed for single-phase gas or liquid service as well as two-phase separation. Internals such as demister pads, vortex breakers, and distributor pipes are included as required.
Multi-Nozzle Configuration
Inlet, outlet, vent, drain, manway, and instrument nozzles configured as per P&ID and piping layout. All connections flanged to ASME B16.5 or B16.47 as required by rating.
