How We Operate
Quality Principles
01
Customer Satisfaction
Meeting the needs and expectations of our customers is our primary goal. We take customer feedback into account at every stage and continuously improve our products and services to ensure long-term satisfaction and trust.
02
Quality Management System
We comply with all legal regulations and customer expectations related to our QMS. We continuously review, audit, and optimise our business processes to maintain ISO 9001:2015 effectiveness and drive continual improvement.
03
Training & Development
We place great importance on the training and development of our people. Regular programmes enhance knowledge and skills across all levels, ensuring the successful and consistent implementation of our quality management system.
04
Sustainability
We are aware of our responsibilities to the environment and society. We use environmentally conscious manufacturing methods and deliver our products and services in a responsible, eco-friendly manner for a sustainable future.
05
Collaboration & Communication
We work in close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and all stakeholders. Open communication across the value chain is essential for improving product quality and ensuring the satisfaction of every party involved.
06
Risk-Based Thinking
We adhere to quality and delivery with a risk-based thinking and mitigation approach — identifying, assessing, and controlling risks before they affect product integrity, delivery timelines, or customer satisfaction.
Testing & Inspection
Non-Destructive & Destructive Testing
Non-Destructive Tests (NDT)
Performed in-house or under third-party supervision
Radiographic Examination (RT)
X-ray or gamma-ray imaging of welds to detect internal discontinuities, porosity, and inclusions.
Ultrasonic Examination (UT)
High-frequency sound waves to detect internal flaws, measure wall thickness, and evaluate weld integrity.
Magnetic Particle Test (MT)
Detection of surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials using magnetic fields.
Penetrant Test (PT)
Dye penetrant testing to detect surface-breaking defects on welds, castings, and machined components.
PMI Test
Positive Material Identification to verify alloy composition and confirm correct material of construction.
Destructive Tests (DT)
Mechanical & metallurgical verification
Tensile Test
Measures ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation of base and weld metal samples.
Bending Test
Face, root, and side bend tests on weld coupons to verify ductility and fusion quality per ASME Section IX.
Notch Impact Test (Charpy)
Assessment of toughness and impact energy absorption at specified temperatures for pressure-bearing components.
Hardness Measurement (Vickers / Brinell / Rockwell)
Verification of weld and HAZ hardness to confirm PWHT effectiveness and material compliance.
Micro & Macro Tests
Metallographic examination of weld cross-sections for root and pass identification, porosity, and grain structure.
Calibrated Instruments: All equipment and tools used in the quality control stage are calibrated by accredited institutions and monitored periodically. Products are delivered to customers only after all necessary tests and inspections are carried out in accordance with relevant standards and customer requirements.
